Refund & Return Policy
At Frempy, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@frempyindia.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and share return instructions, including the address where the package should be sent.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return-related queries, feel free to reach us at frempy.style@gmail.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at frempy.style@gmail.com with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at the earliest.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers (unless defective)
- Innerwear, accessories, or any items marked as final sale
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear, wash, or alteration
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at frempy.style@gmail.com.
Note on Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account details shared by you during the return process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Frempy will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse the shipping cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the policy above. To request a cancellation, please contact us at frempy.style@gmail.com as soon as possible.
