What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer reliable shipping options across India through our trusted courier partners. In some cases, a third-party logistics provider may be responsible for fulfilling and shipping your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India. A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our products are available for delivery within India only.
Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?
We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India. However, certain remote locations may not be reachable by our courier partners. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, our team will contact you with alternative options or process a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders to locations where delivery is not feasible.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery Timeframes
Minimum Delivery Time: 2 working days Maximum Delivery Time: 10 working days
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays). We ship on all days except Sundays and public holidays.
Why Might the Delivery Date Differ From the Expected Timeframe?
The predicted delivery date may shift if our courier partner or warehouse is closed on a particular day between your purchase date and the expected delivery date. Since most courier partners do not operate on Sundays and national holidays, our estimated delivery dates account for these non-working days.
The following factors may impact your estimated delivery time:
- Product availability at our warehouse
- The destination PIN code and its distance from our dispatch location
- Courier partner operations and serviceability
- External factors such as weather, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions
